app not working on android nexus7

Hi, i bought the app from playstore when i push to open the app it stills ask me to pay for the app. Need help!

Hello there is something wrong with your Google play account. it is not the app, we used Nexus 7 devices to develop this app, and I have one in front of me, our app works great on it. So reboot your device, and relogin to the Google Play store and if it still doesnt work, you need to contact Google directly as we do not handle the actual account sales, they do. Something is keeping your account from signaling that you won the application. When I have seen this occurm it is something wrong with the account or simply the device needs to reboot.
