RemoteScreen Text - How to Remove?

In recent versions of our applications, we now support integration with using RemoteScreen, think "Tele-medicine but for assessments", virtual spinal screenings if you will.

As such, we have text at the bottom of outgoing emails to get engagement from your clients/patients to refer other's to your facility by using RemoteScreen.

Here is how to disable and edit the text of your outgoing email templates.  You will need the edit report module enabled either by purchase, or it is free while under subscription. See: https://postureco.desk.com/customer/en/portal/articles/819093-edit-logo-report-and-email-templates-module-ipad-

In order to delete the outgoing text for RemoteScreen, you simply edit each outgoing email template where it is shown.  See tutorial: https://youtu.be/1sIpkGlqte0




If you do not have the edit report module enabled, you will need to manually delete the text in the email template when it is previewed prior to sending the email.   IN earlier versions there was an issue precluding you from editing through edit report module.  However, this has since been corrected.  But the following tutorial demonstrates how to remove this text if you do not wish to purchase the edit module or do not wish to be under Unlimited Subscription
